5. Bring payment IN FULL to the tent at Tournament Headquarters to pay and pick up your t-shirts.

Bethel Columbus Day Tournament 2017

October 7th & 8th, 2017

 

 

Registration is currently closed.

 
Location:  Bethel Educational Park utilizing fields at the Bethel High School, Middle School and Berry School.  Directions will be mailed to you upon acceptance to the tournament.
 
Ages & Format:  The tournament will be a Boys and Girls Tournament with teams being accepted for U-9 thru U-14 for Girls and Boys.   Trophies will be awarded to the first and second place teams of U-11, U-12, U-13 & U-14 divisions and participation awards for U-9 and U-10 teams.
 
Games & Times:  Each team will play four games. 

 

The U-9 (2009) and U-10 (2008) Boys and Girls age groups will play two games each on Saturday and Sunday.

For age groups U-11 (2007) through U-14 (2004), Boys teams will play four games on Saturday.

For age groups U-11 (2007) through U-14 (2004), Girls teams will play four games on Sunday.

All games will consist of two 20 minute halves with a 5 minute half time.
 

Team Rosters:  All players participating must have valid passes and is open to all eligible teams.  All players must possess a valid player pass.  All participants must be on an official certified roster.  Three guest players per team are allowed.   Game formats will be comprised as follows: U-9 and U-10 7 v 7, U-11 and U-12 9 v 9 and U-13 and U-14 11 v 11.  Teams will be limited to roster sizes of 12 players for U-9 & U-10, 16 players for U-11 & U-12 and 25 players for U-13 and U-14.
 
Entry Fee:  An entry fee of $415.00 for all teams is due with the application and are non-refundable once a team has been accepted.  In the event the tournament is canceled due to weather conditions, a $25.00 administration fee will be charged to all teams.
 
Deadline:  The registration deadline is September 15, 2017.  Openings are limited.  We will accept teams on a first come basis so please register early.
 
Protests:  No protests will be accepted.
 
Patch Exchange:  This will be a patch tournament.
